If you're trying to compose a new message (contacting another member; inviting members to a group) in your OR Nurse Link inbox, the formatting of your compose message pop-up box may look like this:
This issue has to do with the version of the Internet Explorer browser that you're using to view OR Nurse Link.
OR Nurse Link is optimized for Internet Explorer 7 or newer. Any version of Internet Explorer that's older than version 7 (such as Internet Explorer 6) will not display the site properly.
To find out which version of Internet Explorer you're using, click on Help > About Internet Explorer in the browser's menu bar.
In the About screen you'll see Version in the first line of text. If your version starts with a 6, you have Internet Explorer 6. If you use Internet Explorer 6, you are not alone, but we recommend that you update your browser to Internet Explorer 8. Internet Explorer 6 was released in 2001, and in web years, it's considered very old technology, and there are considerable security issues with Internet Explorer 6. Many online applications like Gmail and facebook have stopped supporting Internet Explorer 6.
Upgrading to Internet Explorer 8 Upgrading your browser is relatively easy to do. If you're using a computer at work, you may need to ask your IT administrator to upgrade your browser for you.
