Reputation Icons
When you're browsing OR Nurse Link, you'll notice small round icons next to member profiles.
These are reputation icons that indicate a member's level of participation on OR Nurse Link. When you interact on OR Nurse Link -- post a new discussion, answer a discussion, post documents, send colleague requests, etc -- you awarded points, and your points are translated into levels:
OR Nurse Link Listener - you may be a new participant to the site, or prefer to read discussion rather than post your own or respond.
OR Nurse Link Participant - you have participated in some discussions on the site and have performed other actions, like adding colleagues.
OR Nurse Link Contributor - you occasionally contribute to discussions on the site, upload documents, add colleagues, etc.
OR Nurse Link Power User - you regularly comment on discussions, start your own discussions, post documents, add colleagues and more.
OR Nurse Link Leader - you're a top contributor to OR Nurse Link, posting many new discussions, regularly making comments, creating your own groups, writing blog articles, posting documents and more.
