Reviewing Join Group Requests

If you're the owner of a closed group and a member of the community requests to join your group, you will receive a Join Group Request in your OR Nurse Link inbox.

From your inbox, click on the title of the Join Group Request to open the message and then choose to Accept or Reject a request.

Reviewing join requests

If you've chosen to Accept the request, the user will now be a member of your group.

If you've chosen to Reject the request, an automated response will be sent to the user to notify them that they've been rejected.
